1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the RMSP Tech Solutions website ("Site") and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services

RMSP Tech Solutions provides custom software development, data engineering, AI and ML integration, and related consulting. Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in separate statements of work or service agreements.

3. Website use

Permitted use

You may use the Site to:

• Contact us for inquiries
• Read blog posts and case studies

Prohibited use

You may not:

• Scrape, data mine, or harvest content without permission
• Reverse engineer or compromise site security

• Payment terms and milestones

• Warranties and liability limits

If these terms conflict with an executed agreement, the executed agreement prevails.

6. Payment terms

Unless agreed otherwise in writing:

• Invoices are due within thirty days
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee
• We may pause work for non-payment

7. Warranties and disclaimers

Services

We deliver services with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

• Software is provided "as is" unless an agreement states otherwise
• Performance metrics (such as revenue or uptime) depend on many external factors

Website content

Blog posts and case studies are informational. They may not address your exact circumstances. We are not liable for decisions based on this content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RMSP Tech Solutions is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding fees paid for the specific project

Exception: Gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify RMSP Tech Solutions against claims arising from your violation of these terms, unlawful use of our deliverables, or third-party intellectual property claims tied to content you supply.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Site access if you violate these terms. Project termination follows the governing agreement.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information. Specific obligations are defined in executed nondisclosure agreements.

12. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will appear here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site implies acceptance.
